November 5, 2023 – The Cailloux Performances Series presents the New York Gilbert and Sullivan Players on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at 3 pm in the Cailloux Theater.
Among the world’s finest purveyors of the classic comic operettas of W. S. Gilbert and Sir Arthur Sullivan, the New York Gilbert & Sullivan Players have more than 45 years of experience and a stellar reputation for giving vitality to the living legacy of Gilbert & Sullivan through performance and education.
Under the dynamic leadership of Artistic Director Albert Bergeret, who has been hailed as “the leading custodian of the G&S classics” by New York Magazine, NYGASP has presented over 2,500 performances of the G&S masterpieces throughout the United States, Canada, and the U.K. captivating audiences of all ages
Their performance will include an abbreviated Pirates of Penzance in one act with a cast of six professional singers. After intermission, they’ll offer an hour of G&S favorites, including requests from the audience.
