Set at the end of the second world war, the play follows a group of four adventurous ladies looking to meet up with squad of war-time specialists looking for a fling in the midst of blacked-out London. Their romantic intentions are thwarted by a glory-seeking commander, a potential enemy spy, and a general lack of amorous experience, with hilarious consequences.
The cast includes Jesirae Kesler, Jessica Sturm, Tasha Remschel, and Becca Bigott as “Lulu,” “Mary,” “Garbo,” and “Jane;” Treston Woods, Brad Gilbert, Irec Hargrove, and Chris Burgess as “Stillwater,” “Mousehole,” “Jersey” and “Skatch;” plus David Remschel as the blowhard “Colonel.’
The play has been directed by Amy Goodyear, with Darcey Wagner acting as Stage Manager, assisted by Katie Bishop. The set is by Resident Scenic Designer Judd Vermillion, costumes by Diane Royce-Smith and Kevin Nixon, lighting by Nicholas Boland, and sound by Jeffrey Brown.
