As of this writing, we believe it is still reasonable to invite you to enjoy a live production in the VK Garage Theater, as long as we keep the numbers small.
We are very excited that The Outsider, a satire by Paul Slade Smith, will be shown to sharply restricted audiences in the VK Garage Theater tonight and tomorrow at 7:30.
This script provides a close look at the difference between the “image” and the “reality” of political campaigns – and a hilarious send up of politics that celebrates democracy!
We’re taking significant steps to ensure a safe and healthy experience for both cast and audience, including regular sanitation of the facility. We’ll avoid all in-person contact such as ticket tearing or handing out programs.
In accord with the Governor’s most recent order, all guests must wear face coverings, and we will count on our audiences to help by maintaining appropriate distancing during intermission, and otherwise.
Audiences should be aware that – as provided by the Governor’s order – the cast will NOT be masked during the performance, though they will always be at least six feet removed from the seats. This should be a consideration for those deciding whether or not to attend.
Performances will continue the next two weekends on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 and Sundays at 2:30. To provide for appropriate distancing during the show, a maximum of 32 tickets are available for each performance. If you’d like to see this talented group of volunteers, you should make reservations by clicking HERE or calling our Box Office at (830) 896-9393.
