When can I pick up my tickets?
Tickets can be picked up any time at the Cailloux Theater box office during regular hours, Monday – Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Additionally, the Will Call window opens 1 and 1/2 hours before each performance at both the Cailloux and VK Garage Theaters.
Do you serve drinks and concessions?
Concessions are available during intermissions – we have sodas, water, snacks, and candy for sale. Our partners at Omakase Hospitality also provide free beer, wine, signature cocktails and mocktails for most performances as well. Drinks and snacks are now allowed inside both theaters – there are special covered cups available in the Cailloux. We only ask that patrons please clean up after themselves.
Do you have free parking?
Yes! The parking lots adjacent to the Cailloux and VK Garage Theaters are both available for free parking. In addition, there are a good number of free city parking spots along Jefferson Street behind the campus, and parking is allowed along Washington St. in front of the VK Garage Theater.
How do I purchase accessible seating?
Please call or visit the box office for accessible seating – 830-896-9393. Accessible seating is available in both the Cailloux and VK Garage Theaters.
Do you allow children in the theater?
Theater patrons of all ages are welcome at the Cailloux City Center for the Performing Arts! We do request that any noisy or disruptive children please be taken to the lobby so they do not disturb other patrons. If you have questions about the appropriateness of any production for children, please feel free to call the box office at 830-896-9393 and they will give you their best assessment. However it is always advisable to research the titles yourself if you are concerned. We strive to be as family friendly a theater as possible, but sometimes we do offer content that is more appropriate for more mature audiences.
