April 4, 2026 – Join us Saturday, April 4 beginning at 7 pm in the Cailloux Theater for a reception and special presentation of our award-winning One Act Play, Jon Klein’s T Bone N Weasel, as we prepare to travel the show to the Southwest Regional Theatre Conference in Carlsbad, NM, April 10-11.
The weekend of March 12-15, a group of seven travelled to Midland for the Theatre Network of Texas TexFest Conference, and performed Jon Klein’s comedy “T-Bone and Weasel” as part of the TexFest One Act Play Festival at the Globe Theatre of the Southwest on the campus of Odessa College. The group was named as one of two “Advancing Productions” from the festival, and will present the play as part of the South West Theater Conference in Carlsbad, New Mexico in April.
In addition, P2K earned “All Star Cast” mention for Brandon Newton; “Excellence in Acting” for Marcus Fifer; “Excellence in Directing” for Treston Woods; and “Excellence in Ensemble Work” for the group, which also included Jesirae Kessler and Chris Burgess, both of whom played several roles, as well as Amy Goodyear, scenic crew, and Sarah Woods, Stage Manager. P2K also claimed the much-coveted “Back Stage Award” which is given by the local theater’s back-stage support group to their favorite company.
