The resurgence of Covid 19 in the Hill Country and across the U.S. has led both audiences and artists to re-evaluate their schedules for the first months of 2021. Many of you have contacted us with your concerns about attending a concert this Spring.
Together with the various artists, we have determined to postpone three concerts with the hope that waiting ’till summer will allow audiences to feel confident in attending.
The concert by The New Buddy Holly Band has been rescheduled for SATURDAY, MAY 8, 2021 at 7:30pm.
“The Urban Cowboy 40th Anniversary Reunion” has been rescheduled for FRIDAY, JUNE 18, 2021 at 7:30pm.
The Concert by “The Blackwood Singers” has been rescheduled for SATURDAY, AUGUST 28, 2021 at 7:30pm.
If you currently hold tickets for any of these events, those tickets will be accepted for the new show without any questions.
We understand that these changes may offer relief to some, and frustration to others. We sincerely regret any inconvenience they cause.
If you are unable to adjust to a new date, you can request a refund of your ticket face value at any time by replying to this email. (Please note that, unfortunately, we are unable to refund on-line and convenience fees.)
For now, you don’t need to do anything, but if you have any questions or concerns, please reply to this email or call our Box Office at (830) 896-9393.
Thank you for your continued support, and for all you do to make Playhouse 2000 and The Kathleen C. Cailloux City Center for the Performing Arts a successful part of our Hill Country community.
