Desperate to create a hit, Nick consults a soothsayer who predicts that the future of theater is… musicals.
Armed with this unlikely inspiration, the brothers attempt to outshine Shakespeare by inventing a new form of entertainment filled with singing, dancing, and spectacle. Packed with clever wordplay, over-the-top comedy, and affectionate references to Broadway classics, Something Rotten! is a celebration of theater that appeals to both Shakespeare fans and musical lovers alike.
