A Sanders Family Christmas will open in the VK Garage Theater on Friday, December 2, and run through December 18.
The show invites you into the quaint Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church to enjoy a special Christmas Eve music service offered up by the talented, fictional Sanders family of Bluegrass/Gospel performers in 1941.
The show includes more than 20 Christmas tunes and carols performed in the Gospel style, plus stories of the season, reminiscences of Christmases past, and a celebration of the true meaning of Christmas.
A Sanders Family Christmas will be presented from December 2 through 18, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 and Sundays, December 11 and 18, at 2:30. Tickets are $26 for adults, $15 for children and students.
