You’ll have a chance to ‘feed the plants’ again in 2021.
Some early positive signs led us to think we’d be able to re-gather our forces and finish mounting “Little Shop of Horrors” in August. Unfortunately, those signs have changed, and we find ourselves right back in the middle of world-altering circumstances.
Because we know that large groups of any kind are risky today, and that choral singing is among the activities most likely to spread this contagion, it no longer seems reasonable to ask our volunteers to gather together in rehearsal.
With that in mind, we have sadly decided to cancel the show for this year.
We are planning to put Little Shop back on our schedule for Season 2021, and cross our fingers that, by then, we’ll be out from under this awful cloud.
The new show dates we’re planning are April 9 to 24, 2021. Of course, like everything these days, dates are subject to change. The final schedule will be announced much closer to the end of the year.
As much as we regret the need for this decision, we love our volunteers more, and don’t want to risk their health and the health of those around them. We appreciate your understanding.
