I just got off the telephone with representatives for Bobby Flores, and together we have concluded that hosting their planned concert at The Cailloux Theater on July 18th is simply not advisable at this time. The safety and health of the artists, our staff, and most importantly, you, our patrons must take top priority at this time.
We have determined to postpone this concert until it is reasonable to try again.
We don’t know exactly when that date will be, but you will be the first to know when it is re-scheduled.
Your current ticket will be the “purchase price” of any available seat for the new show. If you’d like to keep your tickets as they are, we’ll keep them for you. If you want to move to new seats that may become available if we can open up the auditorium, we’ll move you at no additional charge to you.
And – of course – if you prefer, we will refund your ticket purchase price. You can make that request at any time.
We offer this refund without reservation, but If you are able to wait for the new concert date, or perhaps decline a refund and convert your ticket purchase to a contribution in support of P2K, it will go a long way toward helping the company weather the economic storm we’re all living through.
For now, you don’t need to do anything. We’ll hold your place as we all await another chance to enjoy Bobby and his amazing brand of Texas Swing.
If you any questions or concerns, please reply to this email or call our Box Office at (830) 896-9393.
Thank you for your ticket purchase, and for all you do to make Playhouse 2000 and The Kathleen C. Cailloux City Center for the Performing Arts a successful part of our Hill Country community.
