Make plans today to enjoy “Shakespeare In The Park” 2023 as Playhouse 2000, in partnership with The City of Kerrville Parks and Recreation and Tivy High School Tech Theater presents Richard III in Louise Hays Park on June 2 and 3 at 8:00 pm (note NOT 8:30 as had been published in some places).
Our first foray into the world of Shakespeare’s history plays, Richard III may be the best known. It tells a chilling tale of the rise to tyrannical power and the short reign of this tragic King of England.
Like all of our SITP offerings, the play is presented as a gift to the community, with no admission charge.
Pack a picnic and a couple of lawn chairs to enjoy a night of classic theater under the stars along the banks of the Guadalupe River. We’ll see you there!
